We love our apartment staff! Owen absolutely loves Jessica, Anna, Kelcey, and Taylor. He talks about them all of the time. If he gets mad at me, he crosses his arms and says "I want to go to the clubhouse." He gets to see his girls AND get a cookie. How much fun is that?
They recently threw a "Summer Bash". It was catered by Sonny's BBQ. Owen's favorite part was the cupcakes!

There was a DJ and lots of fun games at the Summer Bash. I didn't think Owen would participate, because he is so young, but boy was I wrong. I couldn't help but laugh. There were 5-8 year olds, and then little Owen. Sweet boy doesn't have a shy bone in his body!

We were even lucky enough to win a door prize before leaving. Thank you Jessica, Anna, Kelcey, and Taylor for all you do!
The following weekend Papaw and Grammy came to play. We did lots of eating, and had LOTS of fun too! Our first stop was the Naval Museum.

We also went to the Palafox Market, played on the beach one evening, and ate at several new places. Owen kept everyone fully entertained while we were home. He always has something to say, or something to do. :) Here are Owen, Papaw, and Grammy with the pirate at Peg Leg Pete's. Owen would take his picture with the pirate, but didn't want to touch him.
We had so much fun Papaw and Grammy! We can't wait to play again. Ever since y'all left Owen has only wanted to pray for y'all, and bananas at night. :) See you soon!
We've also blown LOTS and LOTS of bubbles this summer. Who doesn't like bubbles???
We've done lots of swimming too! Owen has a puddle jumper and swims all over the pool "by himself". It gives him a false sense of security, and he also thinks he can swim without it just fine too. He will walk down the stairs and sink like a rock. When we pick him up, he says "I swimmed!". No fear...
We've made LOTS of trips to Publix. Owen brings his own list, and marks things off as we put them in the cart.
We've had lots of popsicles! Mommy made healthy ones out of homemade yogurt. :)
And today we tried out the Bowling Lanes! It was so much fun (and cool)! They had these neat little things to help toddlers and young children bowl. Owen had a blast to say the least!
