All things HALLOWEEN!

Fall is in the air! There are so many fun things to do around Halloween. Here's what we have been up too...

At the beginning of October, I made a few Fall crafts...

I made the boys some sweet Fall shirts, too!

We started some Boo'ing in the neighborhood...

....and then we got Boo'd!

...which, of course, meant we got to Boo someone else!

We had a fun, gross, Halloween play date...

Our "Disgusting Snack Mix Bar"....

I set up a Halloween sensory play activity outside.

Owen and I made some spooky cookies...

and took them to his friend James's house for a play date.

The boys made these sweet pictures for me to hang on our walls.

Abraham got to participate in the annual pumpkin painting at the Fall house! He ate more than he painted.

We visited a farm in Lucedale with Aunt Devon and Matt.

They had a big corn cob walking around. Owen was a little afraid, and I can't say I blame him. Walking corn is a little spooky.

Playing in the corn pit...

This big rocker, made my Abraham look small.

Abe says..."Moo!"

Owen was 2 feet 11 inches.

An inch shy of 3 feet!

Hay ride...

Riding the train with my favorite "big boy".

Later that day, we joined Owen's "girlfriend" at Nativity BVM's Fall Festival.

He wore this finger proudly for most of the festival.

Owen and Kaylin won goldfish. Poor "Stinky Pants" and "Pinky Monster" didn't even make it 48 hours...

Matt and I love Mississippi (in fact it is our favorite place we have lived thus far), but sometimes we wish family was a little bit closer. I am SO thankful that both sides of our family make sure the boys always know they are loved. We may not get to see Grammy, Papaw, Mimi, and Poppy as much as we want too, but my boys know they are thought of often. Owen and Abraham recieved Halloween happys from both sets of grandparents.

We hosted a pumpkin carving party! It was so much fun. I think we might just make it an annual party.

This little guy "helped" me decorate!

Carving Time!

I didn't realize until I finished this blog, that I never got a picture of the finished pumpkin. It is moldy or I would take one now. :( Owen drew a face and Matt cut it out. It was super sweet!

These two would not take a serious picture. They were making silly faces, and Owen kept pulling his pants up as high as they would go!

This was their "scary" face... I don't know about you, but I'm scared!

Our church had a Fall Festival with Trunk or Treating, and lots of fun games. Owen LOVES games!

Excel by 5 had a Halloween party with stickers and cupcakes...

My little ninja turtles trick or treated in the neighborhood with their best buddies.

Getting a picture of 4 children 4 and under....IMPOSSIBLE. No worries....they are cute anyways.

The weekend of Halloween is also is the weekend of the Peter Anderson Festival in Ocean Springs. Owen was so lucky. He got to go to the festival with Mimi and Poppy on Saturday and Kaylin on Sunday.

Owen was very serious about driving his car! He really thought he was driving. His "driving" faces cracked us up!

 Serious driver!

Kaylin and Owen...

Owen wanted to ride the Tilt-A-Whirl. We finally let him. He did NOT like it. He tried to be brave, but "wanted his Mommy" and "never EVER wants to ride it again".

Young Love... haha

Watch out girls....Owen is a CrAzY driver!

Owen wanted to get his face painted.

My very scary Ninja Turtle. (This is his Ninja Turtle face)

Owen loved playing the games. We have a nice little collection of stuffed animals from China....haha

This isn't ALL we've been up to this Fall.....I will update you on the rest soon.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
