The Days Before Halloween....

I can't keep up with my two year old's Halloween activities. (See Pumpkin PatchPumpkin Carving, Pumpkin Painting, and Park Fun, and Olive's Fall Festival)

Do you think you can keep up with my little Jake and the Neverland Pirate?

At the beginning of the week, we had Avalon's Halloween party. Owen had so much fun!

They served pizza for dinner, and all of these YUMMY snacks!

Owen enjoyed his treats!

After eating, we did a little trunk or treating in the parking lot...

Trying a Twizzlers for the first time. He didn't like it, but it made Owen want to join in on the dance floor.

My dancing boy...

The party had fun party games. Owen played Ring Toss and participated in a spoon race.

Owen's buddy, Benjamin, played too!

Our sweet friends....Mrs. Heather and Benjamin. :)

We are so thankful to live in a community that provides all of these fun activities!

I hope you aren't partied out yet, because here comes another....!

On Wednesday, we had our MOMS Club Halloween party.

It involved yummy treats, as well! I couldn't believe Owen went for the healthy snacks. He loved the apples and pumpkin dip. I wish I could say the same for myself!

Here is Owen eating...note the apples are gone. He did eat a few bites of his snake pizza, too!

Owen had fun playing Halloween bowling...

 Corn hole...

Bean Bag Toss...

 Stomping in the Hay...

Playing on the playground...

I think he had the most fun in the bounce house! What child doesn't LOVE a bounce house?!?!

This party was full of adventures! Owen was so excited to participate in the "Trick or Treating Parade". The children paraded around the bushes in their costumes, while Mommies handed out trick or treat snacks.

We also busted a pinata. I can't even tell you how happy Owen was to bust the pinata. In fact, when he found out he got to bust a pinata...he did his CHA CHA CHA dance that Daddy taught him.

Patiently, waiting for his turn...

First time hitting a pinata...

HURRAY!

All of the kids picked up one tiny thing, and brought it to their Mommy.

So excited that they could get MORE!

Owen was exhausted after his party. We came home, had lunch, took a nap, then headed to meet Daddy downtown. Downtown shuts down a couple of streets and has a big Trick or Treating Festival the night before Halloween. A lot of the workers dress up and hand out candy. Owen had a BLAST!

The best part....Owen got Halloween candy from KAZOO and the BLUE WAHOOS!!!! This made his night!

Owen loved this as well. They put bubbles in the fountain at the park downtown. :)

He said he was "making it 'now" (snow)

Eating a Three Musketeers on the way to the car...

Stay tuned for our Halloween day fun! We had yet another Halloween party at gymnastics and lots of fun trick or treating!
