Owen and I have had so much fun finding new things to do in Pensacola. I think Birmingham has a little more to offer as far as children's activities go, however, Pensacola has a park everywhere you turn! We are loving Pensacola so far...
Here's a taste of what we have been up to!
We found a gymnastics center with Baby Gym. This one was more of an actual gymnastics center than an inside playground like Wee Flip. Owen didn't really like it. They had obstacle courses, etc. I think he missed the roller coaster. :) I did catch a few moments when he was having "fun" and not asking to go home.
We found Ascend Park. It is right down the road from our house. Owen loved it!!!!
Our church has a great SHADED playground for toddlers. Owen and I checked it out last week. He really enjoyed it. I think he liked the sandbox the most.
We have a mall about ten minutes from our house. I decided to take Owen to try out a Gymboree class. He didn't like anything about this class. He kept saying TOOOOOOO like it! He says that instead of don't like it.
Just eating a chocolate dipped cone while looking at the bay. :)
When we aren't out and about we have fun in the apartment.
Owen has been really busy working on his pouring skills.
Our sweet apartment staff had a "Breakfast on the Go" event. Owen couldn't wait to go see his "girls" bright and early in the morning. Here he is enjoying his sausage biscuit picnic style.
Owen has stayed on top of his "chores". ;) Here he is cleaning the cabinets.
One thing is certain, there is always FUN when this little one is around. :)
